Here at Sphere Drilling Supplies, we sell, manufacture and provide drilling solutions.  What this means to you, our customer, is that you can come to us with any of your drilling challenges.  With our in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities, we can together complete any job big or small.  We have successfully assisted our customers from job design, product design, start up and on the job training through to completion.  We as a company have a wealth of experience in over-burden drilling systems and can provide the total solution for any project.  Sphere Drilling Supplies has been in operation since October 12, 1988.  We operate only the latest state of the art equipment in our 33,000 square foot shop.  The machines include CNC machine tools including a full five axis machining center and manual lathe capacity.  We offer computerized welding on all of our manufactured drill pipes and threaded casings.  Sub arc welding is utilized for the heavier wall tubular products.  We also offer a rental fleet of large diameter hammers and accessories for large diameter casing systems such as pilings elevators shafts, etc.  Please feel free to bring your product and/or design to us as well and we will manufacture it for you.
